Comparisons of lifespan and stress resistance between sexes in Drosophila melanogaster

To verify the effects of sexual dimorphism on longevity and physiological conditions, we performed the lifespan and stress resistance tests on 15 inbred strain flies and analyzed the sex effects on aging.

This dataset contains the raw data of the manuscript. (which contains the raw data on longevity, and resistance to starvation, desiccation, and oxidative stress)

The raw data files were divided by different assays and different sex. Each file contains the survival days (or the survival hours) records of each experiment. The column represents the death count of each strain at different time points in each vials(2~10 vials per strain).
