Effect of synthetic transcription factors on the transcriptome of HEK293T cells. Homo sapiens

Construction of middle scale artificial gene networks in live mammalian cells is one of the most important future goals for cell engineering. However, the applications of the highly orthogonal and conventional artificial transcription factors currently available are limited. This study focused on the investigation of the property of artifical transcripton transcription factors on the gene network in the cells.
