Whole Genome Sequence of Antibiotic-Resistant Klebsiella sp. strain EMBS2024

The DNA was extracted using the QiaAMP DNA Mini Kit (Cat #: 51304) as per the manufacturer's protocol. The libraries were prepared using The Twist Library Preparation Enzymatic Fragmentation (EF) Kit as per the manufacturer's protocol (Cat #: 104175). Twist Universal Adapter System - TruSeq Compatible 96 sample plate A - (101308) was used. WGS was carried out using Illumina NovaSeq 6000 with a read length of 151 bp.
