†Percent of positively stained cells for indicated marker was determined by flow cytometry of isolated CD11b+ cells collected from either untreated (control) mice or those treated with 50 µg of LPS (n = 20 for each group). Data are presented as the mean percent per group ± SEM. ¥Statistical significance was determined by Student's t-test comparing the differences between the same populations in control and LPS-treated CD11b-positive cells. Both LPS-P2 and LPS-P3 were compared to Ctrl-P2 due to absence of the third population in the control samples. P-values are displayed in parentheses. §ND, non-detected.
