Wikidata-based dataset about floods worldwide

The file `data_floods_nakala.csv` provides information about floods worldwide, based on Wikidata:

- `flood`: the Wikidata identifier of the flood
- `flood_label`: the Wikidata label (in English) of the flood
- `year`: the year of occurrence (format YYYY) of the flood
- `country`: the country (country label as provided by Wikidata) of the flood
- `HDI`: the Human Development Index (value between 0 and 1) of the country (at the date of data collection)
- `population`: the population of the country (in millions of inhabitants, at the date of data collection)
- `area`: the area of the country (in km², at the date of data collection)
- `deathtoll`: the number of deaths (absolute number) due to the flood event
- `article`: the urls to the Wikipedia articles related to flood event
- `lang`: article's language identifier, as provided by Wikidata (BCP47 or ISO 639-1/3)
- `local`: whether the language is local (boolean -TRUE/FALSE-) to one of the countries of flood occurrence for the event
- `title`: the title of Wikipedia's article
- `translated title`: the title of Wikipedia's article, translated to English (if possible, using Google Translate)
- `date_page`: the date of creation of Wikipedia's page (format YYYY-MM-DD)
