资源简介:
The data was collected from rats on a three-arm alternating delay task, in which rats alternate between arms (left -> middle -> right -> middle -> left). Before each arm visit the rat runs on a wheel. Data is from 3 rats over 4 sessions (rec03 and rec04 are from the same rat). Some key variables:Clu - has the information for each sorted cluster (corresponding to isolated neurons). Notable fields include:shank - which shank data was recorded from. For sessions 1/2, shanks 1-32 are in CA1, while larger shank numbers are from mPFC. For sessions 3/4, shanks 1-24 are in CA1, while larger shank numbers are from mPFC.isIntern - a boolean indicating whether a cell is an interneuron (1 indicates interneuron).Spike - has information about spike times. Notable fields:res - the sample at which the spike was detected. Sampling rate is 1250 Hz so a value of 1 indicates sample was collected at 1/1250 s.clu - which cluster (neuron) the spike belongs to.Beh - has information about behavior of the rat. Notable fields:xMM/yMM - the x and y-coordinate of the rat in mm. The x-coordinate indicates the position of the rat along one of the 3 maze arms.mazeSect - which of the maze sections the rat is in. It is easiest to visualize these by making a scatter plot of x and y positions and color-coding the points by which maze section the rat is currently in.lapID - trial #corrChoice - whether the animal went down the correct maze arm. When this is 0, the rat made and error, which, in contrast to correct choices, causes the rat to spend very little time at the reward port.
