Volumetric units

It’s the elementary volume of a building. The term volumetric unit thus means a constructed body whose top is made up of a real flat surface, for example a flat roof, or an ideal flat surface that defines what can be considered the volume of the body built for the purposes of calculating, even if approximate, its volume. The proportion of this flat surface, real or ideal, is called the share of eaves of the volumetric unit.
