Dataset for the paper "Effect of hydrogen peroxide and carbon-to-nitrogen ratio on growth and biochemical profile in oleaginous Mucoromycota"

Dataset containing the raw data used for the scientific publication of the same name. Nine oleaginous fungal strains from the Mucoromycota phylum were evaluated under varying concentrations of hydrogen peroxide and different carbon-to-nitrogen ratios. The dataset includes biomass measurements, minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimal fungicidal concentration (MFC) values, as well as vibrational spectroscopy data (FT-IR, FT-Raman, and FT-ATR).
