Overruns of fees in private clinics

The purpose is to present for an act or a family of acts and one year, overruns of fees in private clinics by health territory or region or at national level. The results are calculated only for classified acts and are presented if they concern at least 2 establishments and at least 20 stays or acts. The request is made by means of a form allowing to select by drop-down menus the year, the geographical level (France, regions, health territories) and the type of code (family of acts or act). The search continues by selecting either a family of acts from the drop-down menu listing all families, or an act code from the CCAM list. The results tables show: By CCAM act: — Number of establishments with at least once the act, — Number of times the act is entered, — Number of times the act is exceeded >=1, — % acts exceeding, — Average unit price, — Average exceedance, — Standard deviation of the exceedance, — Dispersion indicators: 5th percentile (P5), first quartile (Q1), median, 3 rd quartile (Q3) and 95th percentile (P95). When an act exists in both anesthesia and surgery, the 2 lines appear in the results per act, subject to the exclusion criteria. By family of acts: — Number of establishments with at least one act of the family, — Number of stays with at least one act of the family, — Number of stays with at least one family act with an overrun >=1, — % of stays with excess in the family, — Average unit price, — Average exceedance, — Standard deviation of the exceedance, — Dispersion indicators: 5th percentile (P5), first quartile (Q1), median, 3 rd quartile (Q3) and 95th percentile (P95).
