The data contains a long-form summary of the number of cars, average age, and average CO2 emissions per km for each year broken down by year, fuel type, and Lower Super Output Area (LSOA). The data covers the years 2001 to 2018 and all LSOAs in England and Wales and Data Zones in Scotland.

AllCars - integer, count of the number of cars (values less than 4 repalced with NA)
AvgCO2 - average grammes of CO2 emissions per km
AveAge - average age in years
