Technical Subplan Renewable Energies (TPEE) 2019 Regional Plan South Hesse/Regional Land Use Plan 2010 decided by the Regional Assembly of South Hesse on 14 June 2019 and the Association Chamber of the Regional Association FrankfurtRheinMain on 19 June 2019. Approved by the Hessian Provincial Government on 10 February 2020 Known in the State Gazette for the Land of Hessen, No. 14 on 30 March 2020:The data of the non-official reading version include the approved wind priority areas of the State Gazette for the State of Hessen published on 30 March 2020, No. 14, Renewable Energies Subplan (TPEE) 2019 and the wind priority areas of the State Gazette for the State of Hessen, No. 9, which became effective on 28 February 2022 in the State Gazette for the Land of Hessen, No. 9 from the 1st amendment procedure to the Sub-Plan Renewable Energies (TPEE) 2019. This represents the total number of priority areas approved in the area of the regional association FrankfurtRheinMain for the use of wind energy (with and without exclusion). As a result of the first amendment procedure, the majority of the “white areas” from the approved TPEE 2019 status of 30 March 2020 were allocated to the exclusion area. Two “white areas” could be included as extensions of already approved wind priority areas (WVG): WVG 9902 (area in the southeast) and WVG 10502 (area in the north).
