OTU molecular abundances for coral Symbiodinium, Belize Mesoamerican Barrier Reef System (MBRS), 2014-2015

<p>This dataset contains&nbsp;relative abundance (counts?) of operational taxonomic units (OTUs) from Sumbiodinium samples collected from&nbsp;three coral species (S. siderea,&nbsp;S. radians, and&nbsp;P. strigosa) at nine sites across four latitudes along the Belize MBRS in 2014 and 2015.&nbsp;These sites were previously characterized into three thermally distinct regimes (lowTP, modTP, highTP) and exhibited variations in coral species diversity and richness.</p>本数据集包含2014至2015年间，沿伯利兹MBRS四个纬度带的九个采样点采集的三种珊瑚（S. siderea、S. radians及P. strigosa）的苏姆虫黄藻（Sumbiodinium）样本的操作分类单元（operational taxonomic units, OTUs）相对丰度（疑似以计数形式统计）。上述采样点此前已被划分为三种热环境迥异的生境类型（lowTP、modTP、highTP），且各采样点间的珊瑚物种多样性与丰富度均存在差异。
