资源简介:
aMutation leads to high level resistance. bPlease note that this corresponds to amino acid 458 based on the TIGR annotation of H37Rv (http://cmr.jcvi.org/cgi-bin/CMR/GenomePage.cgi?org=ntmt02) in which the N-terminus was annotated to start 6 amino acids upstream of the start in TubercuList. The equivalent amino acid in E. coli is 533. cFor a detailed discussion of this mutation please refer to the Supplementary Results(File S1).
