CoRR (https://fcon_1000.projects.nitrc.org/indi/CoRR/html/index.html) was to create an open science resource for the imaging community that facilitates the assessment of test-retest reliability and reproducibility for functional and structural connectomics. In order to accomplish this, we have aggregated resting state fMRI (R-fMRI) and diffusion imaging data from laboratories around the world. This enables the:1.Establishment of test-retest reliability and reproducibility for commonly used MR-based connectome metrics2.Determination of the range of variation in the reliability and reproducibility of these metrics across imaging sites and retest study designs3.Creation of a standard/benchmark test-retest dataset for the evaluation of novel metricsIn 2024, research focused on the reliability of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) remains a central priority for our team. To enhance the comprehensiveness of brain imaging reliability assessment, we have consolidated single-site datasets into a large multi-site dataset comprising 23 sub-datasets from 11 different sites. We have standardized the preprocessing pipeline, expanded the measurement design from a single repetition to include 1 to 9 repetitions, and upgraded the selection of metrics from a single indicator to encompass both global and local measures. Notably, all preprocessed brain imaging data have been made publicly available through SciDB, offering valuable data and technical support for the evaluation of brain reliability.

截至2024年,磁共振成像(MRI)信度评测始终是我们团队的核心研究要务。为进一步拓展脑影像信度评测的覆盖广度与全面性,我们将原有单站点数据集整合为包含11个站点共23份子数据集的大型多站点数据集。本次工作中,我们标准化统一了脑影像预处理流程,将原有单一重复的测量设计拓展至多重复扫描模式(支持1至9次重复采集),并将评测指标体系从单一维度指标升级为覆盖全局与局部两类指标。值得一提的是,所有预处理后的脑影像数据现已通过科学数据库SciDB对外公开发布,可为脑影像信度评测提供宝贵的数据支撑与技术支持。
