Simulation model, AI interface and traffic count data of a crossing in the Old Hanseatic City of Lemgo

The record consists of a GitHub repository and traffic count data at the \\\\\\\"OWL322\\\\\\\\\" junction in Lemgo. The GitHub repository contains a software framework called LemgoRL. It includes a simulation model of the intersection and was created in SUMO (Simulation of Urban MObility). It also includes an interface to the LSA control program LISA+ and the Ray Rllib Framework for training an AI agent based on reinforcement learning. The count data includes motorized traffic, pedestrians and cyclists for an afternoon rush hour in December 2020. In addition, it contains another dataset with the approximate traffic at the intersection from 1.52022 to 19.8.2022.
