Removal of Peroxides from Functionalized Polyethylene Glycol (PEG) and Effects on the Stability and Sensitivity of Resulting PEGylated Conjugates

The removal of peroxides from commercial samples of PEG through freeze-drying can have positive effects on the stability and sensitivity of ROS-sensing conjugates made using the PEG. These data demonstrate the positive effects of a freeze-drying protocol on the ROS-sensing ability and stability in solution of these conjugates.通过冷冻干燥去除商用聚乙二醇（PEG）样品中的过氧化物，可对采用该PEG制备的活性氧（Reactive Oxygen Species，ROS）传感共轭物的稳定性与灵敏度产生积极影响。本数据集的数据证实了该冷冻干燥工艺对这类共轭物的ROS传感能力及溶液中稳定性的积极作用。
