Postoperative pain and dorsal root ganglia transcriptomic signatures in a novel rat model of total knee arthroplasty

These data are from a preclinical model of total knee arthroplasty (TKA) performed in healthy rats. One day after surgery, ipsilateral dorsal root ganglia (DRG) from L3 and L4 were collected for RNA extraction and sequencing.本数据集来源于健康大鼠接受全膝关节置换术（total knee arthroplasty, TKA）的临床前模型。术后1天，采集大鼠腰椎3（L3）与腰椎4（L4）的同侧背根神经节（dorsal root ganglia, DRG）样本用于RNA提取及测序。
