Accounting data of citizens who need to improve living conditions (apartment accounting) According to the Law of Ukraine "On Access to Public Information", public information in the form of open data (open data) is published for free and free access to it. Open data is allowed for its further free use and dissemination. Any person may freely copy, publish, distribute, use, in particular for commercial purposes, in combination with other information or by inclusion in his own product open data with a mandatory reference to the source of their receipt.
