Data from a Test Pitting at Land Parcels AC210, Buckinghamshire, 2020-2021 (HS2 Phase One)

This collection comprises of images, reports, GIS and spreadsheet data from a test pitting at land parcels AC210 , Buckinghamshire. The work was undertaken by INFRA Archaeology as part of High Speed Two Ltd, between 2020-2021. The data collected from AC210 Blank Area Testing suggests there is no potential for Early prehistoric or Early medieval settlement to be present in the locations where the test pitting was undertaken, however trial trench evaluation or archaeological monitoring has been recommended to verify these results.
This data could be used to aid the identification of and subsequent changes in industrial, agricultural, and settlement patterns throughout the area.
