Single-cell transcriptome profiling of mouse cardio-pharyngeal development under maternal diabetes mellitus

We employed single cell RNA sequencing to interrogate the consequence of maternal diabetes in cardiac and craniopharyngeal development Examination of single cell RNA sequnecing from craniopharyngeal and cardiac cells captured at E10.5 fetues from vehicle pre-treated or streptozoticine pre-treated females. At least 3 biological replicate embryos were analyzed per genotype.
