资源简介:
This dataset comprises results of acute toxicity tests with silver nanoparticles, silver ions, zinc oxide nanoparticles, and zinc ions in zebrafish larvae under germ-free and microbially-colonized conditions. Details of this experiment have been published in Nanotoxicology: Brinkmann BW, Koch BEV, Spaink HP, Peijnenburg WJGM, and Vijver MG, 2020. Colonizing microbiota protect zebrafish larvae against silver nanoparticle toxicity. Nanotoxicology, 14(6): 725-739. Doi: 10.1080/17435390.2020.1755469 The seven parameters of the dataset are:- Compound. One of the four compounds that were tested in the acute toxicity test, which include: nAg, silver nanoparticles; Ag+, silver ions; nZnO, zinc oxide nanoparticles; Zn2+, zinc ions.- Concentration. The nominal exposure concentration of the test compound, expressed in mg/L. - TWA_total. The actual time-weighted average exposure concentration of the test compound, expressed in mg/L.- Day. The exposure time in days.- Mortality. The percentage of larvae that have died at the given exposure concentration and exposure time.- Date. The date at which the test results were obtained.- Condition. The germ-free or microbially-colonized condition of zebrafish larvae. This dataset has been saved in a tab-delimited text file format.
