Aspergillus luchuensis mut. kawachii is used for the production of shochu, a traditional Japanese distilled spirits. In the previous study, we performed the genome analysis and obtained draft genome sequence comprising 318 scaffolds. In this study, we perform high-quality chromosome-level genome analysis.
