Transcription profiling of mouse Inhba flox/- Inhbb-/- Amhr2cre/+ activin-deficient granulosa cells vs. wild type

Compares activin deficient granulosa cells (Inhba flox/-; Inhbb-/-; Amhr2cre/+) to wild type granulosa cells Experiment Overall Design: Three replicate wild type granulosa cell samples compared to 2 activin-deficient granulosa cell samples. Each replicate is derived from 2-3 females.本数据集对比了激活素缺陷型颗粒细胞（Inhba flox/-; Inhbb-/-; Amhr2cre/+）与野生型颗粒细胞的相关特征。实验整体设计：将三份野生型颗粒细胞生物学重复样本与两份激活素缺陷型颗粒细胞样本进行对照，每份生物学重复样本均取自2-3只雌性个体。
