This series was created to record official documents, paperwork and/or final documents supporting the Unit’s core business (course/resource development). Material typically found on files-correspondence, reports etc. with reference to policy and administrative matters, and include records involving management and planning of courses, committee minutes, external panels, reports, enrolment statistics, reviews/surveys, budgeting/expenditure, assets.The files are both numeric (legacy) and alpha numeric, eg 286/00/1234 or 286/56789 and newer TAFE12/101112. The record numbers themselves do not relate to any activity contained within the file
