This repository contains the analytical scripts and processed sub-datasets for the study Narrow thermal niches drive high plant turnover and climate vulnerability in tropical Andean montane forest.

Due to the large scale of the study and the presence of sensitive site information, detailed tree-level records and plot metadata are provided as Supplementary Material S5 in the main manuscript, while this repository focuses on the data objects required for the analytical workflow (turnover_data.RData and objetivo2ACT.xlsx)

Species identifications were based on expert field identifications and reference collections.
