Particle images

This folder contains the complete collection of particle images as of February 2025. Each particle image is associated with 33 particle features that can be found in the "Particle_features.xlsx" file. The filename of the particle image corresponds to the index of the spreadsheet row of the associated particle features. Note that the final term of the filename (e.g., JJtrlcf) corresponds to the label. The label contains the particle main type in its first letter: J for juvenile, L for Lithic, A for Altered material, or the name of specific minerals like PG (plagioclase) or PX (pyroxene) for free crystals.
