A Speculative Framework for Dark Energy Growth via Matter Decay and Black-Hole–Enhanced Vacuum Conversion in a Cyclic Universe

AbstractWe propose a speculative cosmological framework in which dark energy arises from a slow and universal decay of matter into repulsive vacuum energy. On micro- scopic scales, all forms of matter undergo an extremely slow mass–energy leakage into a homogeneous vacuum component, contributing to an evolving dark-energy density. On macroscopic scales, black-hole singularities act as high-efficiency con- verters that transform infalling matter into vacuum energy at a greatly enhanced rate. The combined effect yields a monotonically increasing vacuum-energy density Λ(t), eventually leading to a future dark-energy–dominated phase and a cosmolog- ical bounce that initiates a new cycle of cosmic evolution. We formulate a phe- nomenological energy-transfer model and discuss observational implications. This framework aims to conceptually connect dark energy, black-hole physics, and cyclic cosmology.
