Dataset for the Systematic Review and Multilevel Meta-analysis of 6PPD-Quinone in Environmental Matrices
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains the extracted, harmonized, and quality-assessed data used in a systematic review and multilevel meta-analysis of the environmental occurrence and concentration variability of 6PPD-quinone (6PPD-Q). The dataset includes study-level and effect-level information extracted from eligible peer-reviewed studies reporting 6PPD-Q concentrations in environmental matrices, including ambient air/particulate matter, indoor dust, road-related dust, and roadside soil. Each record represents an extracted effect or sampling subgroup. Multiple Effect IDs may originate from the same Parent Study when a publication reported data for multiple locations, seasons, sampling environments, matrices, or other independent subgroups. Study ID identifies the parent study, whereas Effect ID identifies the specific extracted effect. Variables include bibliographic information, pollutant and matrix classification, sampling location, sample size, detection frequency, concentration statistics, units, variability measures, minimum and maximum concentrations, analytical detection limits, sampling methods, analytical methods, and DOI information. Concentration data were harmonized to common units before meta-analysis. This dataset is provided to support transparency, reproducibility, verification, and reuse of the systematic review and multilevel meta-analysis. The dataset represents the data extraction and harmonization performed by the authors and should be interpreted together with the associated methodological description in the published manuscript.
