Transcriptome analysis of Macrobrachium rosenbergii : genes and expression profile from hepatopancreas involved in dietary plant protein or fish meal protein metabolism.

To identify genes involved in plant protein or fish meal protein metabolism of Macrobrachium rosenbergii, the high-resolution transcriptome data from hepatopancreas were provided. This study lays the foundation for further research on gene function analysis in nutrition metabolism of Macrobrachium rosenbergii .
