#Title of First Dataset: SpID1.csv---The data collected on individual animals trapped, which had scat samples collected from them for DNA metabarcoding.##Description of the data and file structureThe information is organised by Sample ID, with each line detailing additional information collected about the animal the sample came from.The column named 'ID' contained the id number given to the sample upon collection. 'e' represents samples collected in ethanol, 'R' represents bush rat samples, 'T' represents possum samples.The column named 'Species' contained the species that the sample was collected from.The column named 'Site' contained the site ID of the long term site the animal was trapped in.The column named 'Habitat' contained the vegetation class of the site the sample was collected from.The column named 'Sex' contained the sex of the animal the sample was collected from.The column named 'Age' contained the approximate life stage of the animal the sample was collected from. Life stage was estimated based on visual assessments of body size and reproductive development.Cells containing 'nr' referenced times when age and sex were not able to be collected.<br>---#Title of Second Dataset: taxa_list_trnl3.csvThe data on DNA sequences of plant DNA extracted from scat samples, the number of times the sequence was present for the species, and the species identity of that sequence, based on a Bayesian likelihood analysis.
