The single-cell sequencing data of 12 patients with colorectal cancer

This study collected single-cell sequencing data from 12 colorectal cancer patients at the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University. Among them, 10 patients provided samples of their colorectal cancer primary tumor tissues, while 2 patients collected paired samples of their colorectal cancer primary tumor tissues, adjacent tissues, and liver metastatic tissues. All samples underwent single-cell transcriptome sequencing.
