WGS read data for 269 sequential Acinetobacter baumannii isolates from the rectal swabs of 32 adult patients treated in the ICU of Mubarak Al Kabeer Hospital, Kuwait over a 16-month period commencing March 2015

This study comprising 269 Acinetobacter baumannii isolates from 32 long-term patients in the adult intensive care unit (ICU) of Mubarak Al-Kabir Hospital, Kuwait (March 2015-June 2016) investigates the genomic relationship between these isolates. The relationship between isolates has been used improve our management of the risk of nosocomial infection in high dependance patients.
