Dynamic Monitoring Dataset of Extracellular Enzyme Activity in Lou Soil Crops at Different Growth Stages Under Long-Term Fertilization in 2022 and 2023

This dataset provides data on enzyme activities related to soil carbon, nitrogen, and phosphorus cycling during the growth periods of wheat and maize in 2022 and 2023. In 2022 and 2023, topsoil samples under different treatments were collected during the wheat flowering stage, wheat harvest stage, maize big trumpet stage, and maize harvest stage. Soil extracellular enzyme activities were determined, resulting in a dataset table titled "Soil Extracellular Enzymes" containing a total of 216 data entries. Additionally, a table titled "Soil Moisture Content, pH, and Soil Nutrient Content during Key Growth Stages of Wheat and Maize" corresponding to the treatment periods is also provided, offering a reference for comprehensive analysis of enzyme activity data related to soil carbon, nitrogen, and phosphorus nutrient cycling. This dataset is available for download and sharing, and can provide data support for research on nutrient cycling and changes in soil fertility in soil ecosystems.
