Sorted naive regulatory T cells (Tregs) were treated with the MALT1 inhibitor mepazine or dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) as a control and stimulated for 16 h with anti-CD3 and anti-CD28 coated-beads. Following labeling of cells with a viability dye, 1000 Tregs were sorted into a 96-well plate and analyzed by RNA sequencing technology. The study comprised four biological replicates (BR1-4) for each treatment condition plus technical replicates (TR) whenever possible.
