Raw data related to the article of trees above ground biomass and species diversity of indigenous forest areas in Pelalawan District, Indonesia. This primary data was collected by field measurement at three indigenous forest location. The data used to analyze trees above ground biomass, species composition and diversity in different tree size class and indigenous forest location. Data collection and analysis method have been declared in the research article.
