Microsatellite genotypes of Lactuca serriola

This file contains information about the geographic origin and genotypes at 7 microsatellite loci of every individual included in the population genetics analysis of introduction history in Lactuca serriola. Data were obtained from molecular analyses of plants raised from wild-collected seeds (see paper for details), and includes data collected for an earlier study (Alexander et al. 2009, see references). Fragment lengths were scored using GeneMapper v.4.1 software (Applied Biosystems).本数据集文件包含了针对野莴苣（Lactuca serriola）引种历史的种群遗传学分析中纳入的所有个体的地理起源信息，以及其7个微卫星位点（microsatellite loci）的基因型数据。数据来源于对野外采集种子培育所得植株的分子分析（详细信息参见论文），同时包含了早期研究（Alexander等，2009年，详见参考文献）中收集的相关数据。片段长度通过GeneMapper v.4.1软件（Applied Biosystems，应用生物系统公司）完成计分。
