ddRAD-seq for phylogeography of Plethodon cinereus

These data represent ddRAD sequencing for 173 samples of the Eastern Red-backed Salamander (Plethodon cinereus), a subset of which were analyzed for a study of phylogeography and post-glacial range expansion, titled "Traversing the Great Lakes: Post-glacial colonization by a widespread terrestrial salamander", to be published in the Journal of Biogeography (2024). The remaining samples represent localities across northern Ohio, USA for a separate study. The data include all raw reads demultiplexed using STACKS 2.62 (excepting one duplicated sample), including samples that were later removed due to missing data.
