Extended rift-associated volcanism in Ganis Chasma, Venus: Supporting datasets

This repository contains the supplementary materials associated with Brossier et al. (2022), published in Geophysical Research Letters (https://doi.org/10.1029/2022GL099765) - it includes: <br> [Ganis_units.shp] - Shapefiles (and auxiliary files) for the major morphological units in Ganis Chasma (192E, 18N). They are defined and better described in Ivanov and Head (2011) [doi: 10.1016/j.pss.2011.07.008]. [Shalygin_sites.shp] - Shapefiles (and auxiliary files) for the seven studied sites outlined in Ganis Chasma. Sites 1 to 4 are defined in Shalygin et al. (2015) [doi: 10.1002/2015GL064088], while sites 5 to 7 are defined for comparison purposes. [Atla_emissivity.tif] - Raster of Atla Regio through Magellan radar emissivity map (4.6 km per pixel). [Atla_elevation.tif] - Raster of Atla Regio through Magellan elevation map (4.6 km per pixel). [Sites_values.csv] - CSV file including the emissivity and planetary radius values for the seven sites of interest in Ganis Chasma (with coordinates). Temperature (in K) is also given as derived from VEGA 2 lander data. See also Brossier et al.
