樹木醫療體系及健檢技術建立之研究 Establishment and study of tree health system and examination assessment

森林的保護與積極的植樹已成為人類永續發展的必要條件，而若要維護這些林木免於受病蟲害侵襲，或是要對受危害的珍貴林木進行醫治，樹木醫師將扮演重要的角色。有基於此，林業試驗所已籌設「樹木醫學中心」，藉以落實我國的林業安全、環境保護與民眾健康。本計畫已完成發表研討會論文2篇、技術報告1篇，並辦理國際、國內研討會各1場次，並且辦理專業教育訓練課程5場次，共培訓470人次，另共 提供1000件次樹木醫學諮詢服務。透過樹木醫學方面相關研究技術整合及標準化，結合產、官、學界，完善樹木醫學中心及其相關資源需求與法令制度之運作，並建立之樹木健康檢查技術，提供都市林木健檢平台，透過樹木綜合健檢技術研究，可提供正確診斷數據，強化樹木健康管理及策略，提高防治效率，將有助維護都市林木之健康綠美化，提升國家經濟。 Forest protection and active forestation have become the prerequisite to a sustainable development of mankind in the forest sector. “Tree doctors” will play an important in preventing forest trees from disease and insect impacts, and conducting curative measures for diseased precious trees. Based on these needs, Taiwan Forestry Research Institute (TFRI) has organized an unprecedented “Center for Trees Arboriculture (CTA)” so as to consolidate safety of our forest health, environmental protection and public health. We have published 2 seminar papers and 1 technical report, held respectively 1 international and 1 domestic seminar. Besides, 70 have held 5 arboricultural workshops and educational training programs, where 470 participants were trained. Also, we offered 1,000 cases of arboricultural consultation. This project is to strengthen CTA, the related resource requirements, and a regulative system, collaboration between industry, government and university is also incorporated. In addition, the related studies on tree healthcare technologies at the TFRI shall be integrated and standardized. To establish an integrated health examination system provides health assessment and information for further health management of urban forest. With this health management system, it is valuable and could be served as clinical data enhancing the efficiency health control, maintain urban greening and heave country’s vitality.森林保护与积极造林已成为林业领域人类可持续发展的必要前提。为保护林木免受病虫害侵袭，或是对受侵害的珍贵林木开展救治工作，树木医师将发挥关键作用。基于此一需求，台湾林业试验所（Taiwan Forestry Research Institute, TFRI）已筹建开创性的「树木医学中心（Center for Trees Arboriculture, CTA）」，以期落实我国林业安全、环境保护与民众健康保障工作。本计划已发表研讨会论文2篇、技术报告1篇，举办国际、国内研讨会各1场，开设专业教育培训课程5场，累计培训470人次，并提供1000件次树木医学咨询服务。本计划通过整合与标准化树木医学相关研究技术，结合产、官、学三方协同合作，完善树木医学中心及其相关资源配置与法令制度的运行机制；同时建立树木健康检查技术体系，打造都市林木健康检测平台。通过树木综合检测技术研究，可输出精准诊断数据，强化树木健康管理策略与防治效率，助力维护都市林木健康与绿化景观，进而提升国家经济活力。
