Analysis of the bacterial community in the maize root endosphere based on two different experiments, where maize was either grown in field conditions or in pots filled with field soil from the same field. Further, the contribution of seed endophytes in the root endosphere was detected based on a third experiment in which the endosphere of in vitro and in soil grown maize was compared.
