20-hydroxyecdyosne-treated Aedes aegypti RNA sequencing

Aedes aegypti bulk RNA-sequencing of female brain, antennae, maxillary palps, fat body, and ovaries 48 hours post blood, saline, and 20-hydroxyecdysone-feeding. Setup: Feed female WT LVP mosquitoes aged 7-11 days saline (110 mM NaCl, 20 mM HCO3, 1mM ATP), sheep's blood with 1mM ATP, or 350 ng 20-hydroxyecdysone in saline. Snap-freeze tissues in liquid nitrogen at 48h for RNA extraction. Tissue abbreviations: AN = antenna BR = brain OV = ovaries FB = fat body MP = maxillary palp. Each tissue and condition has four biological replicates per sample. Technical replicates have the same prefix. For example, all samples with 1_OV_BF_1* are technical replicates and were sequenced over multiple flow cells.
