Western Blotting images fro ELANE and PADI4 quantification

Ponceau S staining, as well as Western Blot against Actin, Padi4 and Elane were performed onthe same membrane. The membrane was cut horizontally based on the molecular weight marker after transfer to allow parallel probing of the different proteins on the same sample. All original images, as well as cropped images, are labelled in their file names. Quantification results from ImageJ are reported in NeutrophilLysate_WB_RawData_ImageJ.xlsx.Western Blot (WB) #5 images showed poor transfer and were not clean, so the same samples were run again on WB #10. WB #5 was thus excluded and WB #10 was included in ourquantifications and analyses.WB #6 was used as the representative image for the manuscript figure.
