资源简介:

This dataset contains the processed global 0.5-degree products used to fit and project the Habitat-Flood Flexible Model (HFFM) in the accompanying manuscript, “Compound heat-flood thresholds reshape global Aedes-borne arboviral risk frontiers”. The deposit includes the global land study grid, historical dengue, chikungunya and Zika (DCZ) modelling panels for 1990–2019, future HFFM input panels and predicted occurrence probabilities for 2020–2100 under SSP1-2.6, SSP3-7.0 and SSP5-8.5, counterfactual files for climate–population Shapley decomposition, region-specific flood-activation thresholds, and derived historical flood baselines. The processed files are provided in data.rar. The historical panels contain annual thermal suitability, overheat suppression days, flood activation, surveillance-bias correction, population density, environmental covariates and annual DCZ occurrence status. Future panels contain scenario-specific thermal and hydrological indicators, population projections, five climate-risk states and HFFM-predicted occurrence probabilities. The study grid contains 33,313 land cells at 0.5-degree resolution in WGS 84 (EPSG:4326). The historical analysis covers 1990–2019, and the future projections cover 2020–2100. These files are processed research products. Original third-party climate, hydrological, population and disease-occurrence archives are not redistributed and should be obtained from their official repositories. File definitions, provenance and checksums are provided in README.md, DATA_DICTIONARY.md, FILE_MANIFEST.csv and CHECKSUMS.sha256.
