Dataset for A lightweight clear liquid optical chamber baited remote underwater video system for monitoring fish in turbid coastal wetlands

These are the datasets used to evaluate the performance of a light-weight clear liquid optical chamber baited remote underwater video system (CLOC-BRUV). The file "visibility.csv" shows how the underwater visibility increased with increasing length in the clear liquid chamber.The file "Catch.wide_CLOC_Net.csv" summarizes the fish family compositions observed from our CLOC-BRUV system, as well as caught in the netted fish traps. Both CLOC-BRUV and fish traps were deployed in a highly turbid water in the Sicao Wetland, western Taiwan from Jan to Dec in 2024 .
