Gene expression profile at single cell level of donor-matched primary bovine Mesenchymal Stromal Cells (MSCs)

Bovine MSCs were isoalted from adipose tissue, bone marrow and peripheral blood, from one donor. These cells were then subjected to scRNA-sequencing. Overall design: Fresh tissue samples were collected and cultured to isolate MSCs. Upon MSC colony formation, the cells were detached and libraries were prepared for scRNA-seq.
