RNA-Seq from iPSC-derived Cohen syndrome (CS) neurons and control neurons

To understand the cellular pathogenic mechanisms, we generated personalized induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) from the fibroblasts of the Cohen syndrome patient and differentiated the iPSCs into cortex-like brain organoids and forebrain-like functional glutamatergic neurons and performed transcriptomic analysis.
