We evaluated variation in PA microbial communities to 500 m depth between 2018-2021 and among four different particle size fractions (0.2 - 1.2, 1.2 - 5, 5 - 20, >20 um) collected using in situ pumps at the Bermuda Atlantic Time-series Study (BATS), located in the subtropical N. Atlantic. Pump collections captured both sinking and neutrally buoyant particles.
