This dataset tracks when newly formed U.S. businesses first appear online at the brand level, using signals derived from web presence detection and earliest recorded customer reviews.

Unlike corporate registrations, which often precede real operations, these digital presence indicators provide one of the most reliable early markers of when a brand actually becomes active. Often days, weeks, or months after its official filing.

Each record represents a business brand and includes:
- The timestamp of its earliest observed customer review
- The timestamp of its eariiest transaction
- The timestamp of the last observed operating status

Together, these signals indicate that a business is open, serving customers, and exhibiting real-world economic activity.
