Whole genome bisulfite sequencing of five-week-old Arabidopsis thaliana (ecotype Col-0) plants from water and jasmonic acid treated seedlings.

Treatment of Arabidopsis thaliana (ecotype Col-0) seedlings with jasmonic acid (JA) elicits long-term induced resistance (IR) against the chewing herbivore Spodoptera littoralis. We used whole genome bisulfite-seq to profile the methylome associated with this long-lasting JA-IR. Overall design: Genome-wide cytosine methylation profiles for the leaves of 5-week-old plants, from 2-week-old seedlings treated with water (control) or 1 mM JA. A total of 6 Bisulfite-seq samples, 3 biological replicates per seedling treatment groups.
