Authorship note: Dataset curated and authored by Michael P. Van Hulle (JD, MA), University of Illinois Chicago. This work represents the original clause taxonomy and documentation finalized November 11 2022. Structured dataset containing clause definitions, coding references, and supporting documentation for the § 28E Contract Clause Taxonomy developed in 2022–2023.
